Destruction on Demand

 

Structured as a complex installation that also works as a prop for a lecture‚ it grapples with the history of destruction and reconstruction not only in New York City but also in the city of Medellin. Providing an alternate methodology, The Performance, “How to Show Something that is Disappearing”. 2012, constructs a bridge of association between the urban spaces of New York and Medellin through a lecture that unfolds the future plan to create a demolition company.
